Our client, a global construction and infrastructure business, is looking for an Insurance Manager to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to join a multinational organisation and play and important role in overseeing and shaping the group's insurance strategy.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be expected to oversee the organisations global insurance strategy, ensuring it is aligned to business needs and provides suitable protection to both employees and the organisation. You will be expected to act as a business partner to key stakeholders globally and will be the point of contact between the organisation and their brokers.
Where required, you will be expected to provide advice to stakeholders on the Group Insurance Programme through webinars and training sessions.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have deep experience working in an insurance broker, carrier or in-house role and will be looking to join a large multinational business. This is an individual contributor role, and you will need to be comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and be confident dealing with senior stakeholders both in the UK and internationally. You will have a strong commitment to business partnering and be comfortable working autonomously, with minimal supervision.
