GI Group are currently supporting their client based in NN1, Northampton town centre.
We are looking for Insurance consultants to join their team on a permanent basis. The role requires no previous insurance experience, however a strong customer service/sales background will support you. Full induction and training is given.

About the Role: Insurance Consultant
To ensure strong relationships are built with client to develop and maintain business
Respond quickly and effectivley to client requests
Ensure the clients needs are fully established and correct products offered
Making/Answering calls as required
Deliver excellent customer service and care
Constructively up sell other products where applicable
About you: Insurance Consultant
Have a strong Customer service background
Previous sales experience
Able to deliver great customer service
Comfortable learning new processes
Happy selling over the phone
