Thriving insurance company are looking for an individual with previous insurance experience to join them due to growth. This involves working as part of a fast paced and busy team where you will be responsible for all the administrative processes that support customer renewals.

Insurance Administrator - Job Overview

As an Insurance Administrator your duties will include;
• Processing all renewals for existing customers
• Handling any MTA and general customer queries - both over email and telephone
• Amending policy details, taking and processing payments
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Supporting sales with creating quotes for customers where needed

Insurance Administrator - Skills & Experience Required
• Previous insurance administration or customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional
• Excellent team player
• Confident learning new IT systems

Insurance Administrator - Benefits Offered
• Salary in the region of £25,000 + company bonus approx. £2500 per annum
• 35 hour working week
• Hybrid working
