Job Requirement:

Sales Experience in Banking, SME, credit cards, Financial Products
Life insurance Sales Experience would be an added advantage
Prior insurance/financial sales experience in UAE
Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to growing business relationships
and strong communication skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving
Critical thinking, proactive attitude, Good communication/Multilingual skills
Good convincing/Interpersonal skills

Job Description:

Generate leads and schedule appointments
Approach potential clients by phone, email, or in-person
Determine the specific needs of particular clients by researching current coverage and available options
Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review of client insurance options to educate clients and provide appropriate solutions like Endowment plans / ULIP / SIP / Term plan / Investments
