We are currently looking for young & energetic Tele-marketing Executive to join our team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
· Answer questions about products/services of the company
· Probe customers with right questions to understand their requirement
· Creating a want in the customers of our products/services
· Direct prospects to the sales team
· Enter and update customer information in the database
· Go the extra mile to meet target and facilitate future sales
· Keep a record of calls and submit daily report to the reporting manager
Requirements:
· Candidate should be multilingual and possess excellent communication skills
· Should have proven experience in telemarketing
· Proven record of achieving targets and should be a go-getter
· Should be highly enthusiastic and proactive
· Should have good command on English language
· Ability to handle rejection
· Ability to work under pressure
· Should be ambitious and eager to earn more & more incentives
· Ready to work in rotational shift.
Salary Range – 2500 to 3000AED
Note: Preferably Banking/Call Center Background required and will be considered as qualified.
