Administration Officer

 




We believe that success starts with exceptional people. We are on keen on finding the right personnel for the Administration Officer position who will provide a range of administrative, logical and organizational support to the Department as well as the whole Team.


Key responsibilities


Manage and coordinate internal and external communications including all calls to offices in efficient and professional manner.


To act as first point of contact for queries coming from internal and external Stakeholders.


To provide administrative support to the HOD including answering calls, word processing, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, drafting letters, minute taking, maintain excel spreadsheets, inputting data into databases, file management, diary management and other related duties.


Plan, organize and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.


To maintain highest standards of professional standards all times with clients and colleagues.


Regularly evaluate the department or teams’ objectives, plans, procedures and practices and make the appropriate changes if needed.


Train and develop other employees to make sure succession planning is in place.

Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience.


Excellent relationship and networking skill.


Strong Decision making and problem-solving skill.


High computer Literate in MS Office. (Word, Power Point, Access, Excel and Outlook).


Excellent Planning and Time Management.


Teamwork and Relationship Building.


Ability to work independently as well as a part of the Team.


Strong Communication and influencing.
