Responsibilities:
Support the front office staff in understanding the customer’s technical concerns.
Understand and solve problems from descriptions provided by the customers.
Support other technicians to analyse and correct critical failures.
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical systems and replace components.
Carry out the test of vehicles to ensure the quality of the repair work.
Requirements:
Familiar with start diagnosis system (Engine controller, Mercedes)
